Employee Outsourcing
Through a contract between Folk and the Client, Folk provides the Client with an outsourced staff that works with the client but is employed by Folk Services SRL and therefore appears on its payroll and Folk is responsible for everything related to the workloads and obligations with the IPS and MTESS. The client pays a monthly amount including the salary of the staff plus social charges and a percentage fee for administration.
The service is especially designed for foreign companies looking to contract employees from Paraguay to work remotely. By leaving the contract management to Folk the overseas company ensures they comply with the local legislation as well as providing social security to its employees.

The service is contracted for a minimum period of 6 months and does not include the cost of unfair dismissal, this is paid separately.
